Active ingredient:

Pramoxine HCl 1%

Inactive ingredients:

Alcohol, Benzethonium Cl, menthol, panthenol, polyoxyl 35 castor oil, polyquaternium-10, purified water, tea tree oil

Uses:

For the temporary relief of itching associated with insect bites and minor skin irritations

Warnings:

For external use only
Avoid contact with the eyes
Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens, lasts more than 7 days, or clears up and occurs again within a few days
Keep out of reach of children
If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away

Directions:

Adults and children 2 years and older:

Spray on affected area not more than 3 to 4 times per day

Can I apply this product prior to removing nits?

Yes, you can apply AfterLice before using a nit comb.

Can I use any anti-itch product?

Not all anti-itch products are made to be applied to your head. AfterLice is specially formulated to be applied to the scalp to relieve itching while also conditioning your hair without making it greasy.

Can I use this product if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Consult your physician first. All ingredients are GRAS (generally recognized as safe). However, during pregnancy you are more likely to develop allergies, which is why it is important to talk with your doctor before use.

Can I use this product if I don’t have lice?

Yes you can use AfterLice even if you don’t have a head lice infestation.

Can I use this product with any lice treatment?

Yes you can use it AfterLice after applying any lice treatment, although we hope you are using one of our Licefreee! Non-toxic lice treatments.

Does this product dry out hair?

No, AfterLice is a leave-in conditioner that also has a pain-relieving ingredient.

Does this product expire?

Yes AfterLice has an expiration date printed on the bottle.

Does this product kill head lice or nits?

No, AfterLice is not a lice treatment but is used to relieve irritation caused by head lice infestation.

How long do I use this product?

Use AfterLice up to 7 days to relieve scalp irritation.

Is this safe to use on children?
