PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS

Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals:

CAUTION. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.

Physical or Chemical Hazards: Combustible. Do not use or store near heat or open flame.

FIRST AID:

If in eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first five minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. Use on non-washable items to kill lice.

For indoor use in the home and non-food areas of schools, nursing homes, hotels, motels, car interiors, and hospitals.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Restrictions: Do not spray directly on plants, animals, humans, or food. Following application, allow surfaces to dry. For indoor use only.

To kill lice: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Before spraying, test an inconspicuous area for compatibility. Hold the container away from your face and spray until the surface is visibly wet. Spray approximately one ounce per 2.5 sq. ft. of surface area. Lice and nits must be sprayed directly for product efficacy. Reapply in 7-10 days to kill any newly hatched lice or if re-infestation occurs. Allow treated surfaces to dry before allowing pets and humans to use. Do not treat toys, pets, etc. Vacate rooms in hospitals, schools, and nursing homes prior to treatment.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.

Pesticide Storage: Store container in a cool dry place. Pesticide disposal and container handling: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. If empty: Place in trash or offer recycling if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place product down any indoor or outdoor drain.

Can I spray it on a crib mattress?

Yes, Licefreee Home can be sprayed on all mattresses.

Can I spray Licefreee Home in my car or on a car seat?

Yes, before spraying, test an inconspicuous area for compatibility first. Be sure to allow surfaces to dry before resuming use.

Can I use it around kids?

Yes, although, Licefreee Home should not be ingested or inhaled, and contact with eyes should be avoided.

Can I use it around my pets?

We do not recommend using Licefreee Home around your pets, or on their beds.

Can I use it on my clothes?

No, Licefreee Home is not intended for use on clothing. Wash any clothing that might be infested with lice in the washing machine in warm or hot water, then dry on medium to high heat. If clothing cannot be washed or dried, have the items dry cleaned or place them in a tightly sealed plastic bag for 10-14 days.

Can I use Licefreee Home on my head?

No, Licefreee Home is not intended for use on the head. To treat lice on the head and scalp, we recommend using Licefreee Spray or the Licefreee Kit.

Can I use Licefreee Home on my leather couch?

We always recommend testing a small, inconspicuous area for compatibility before use.

Can Licefreee Home be used in my trailer or camper?

Yes.

Do I need to open windows?

It is not necessary, but you certainly can open the windows to allow airflow if desired.

Does it kill bed bugs, fleas, or dust mites?

Licefreee Home has only been tested for use on lice at this time.

Does it kill lice on contact, and does it kill nits too?

Licefreee Home kills lice by contact; a second treatment should be applied within 7-10 days to kill any newly hatched lice.

Does Licefreee Home have an expiration date?

No, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not require an expiration date. As a rule of thumb, products should be discarded and replaced 3 years after the purchase date. REMINDER: Shake Licefreee Home well before use.

Does the smell go away?

Yes, the scent will slowly fade after application.

How long do I wait before I sit on my couch?

Wait until the couch has dried completely after application, then you may resume use.

How long does it need to dry?

Drying time can vary depending on the material of the objects that are treated and the temperature of the room/environment.

How much do I spray/apply?

Spray until the surface is visibly wet, approximately one ounce per 2.5 square feet.

How often do I need to spray it?
